There were many areas of our lawn and flower beds that were not receiving enough water -- or any water at all. It was frustrating because we had spent so much money on new plantings and zoysia grass. Our landscape gardener referred us to Duane.
Duane came out very promptly and took the time to walk the property with me and go over every single area that needed a new or replacement sprinkler head. He also discovered a broken pipe at the back of our property that was gushing water like a fountain. That explained why our chemical tank was having to be refilled, with expensive chemicals added, twice a week. His crew was out here within a couple of days and did an outstanding job. Afterwards, Duane then walked me around the property to show me what had been installed. He is very detailed-minded and professional. Also, he uses high-quality parts. After the job was completed, he reassessed the zones and how long each one should be watered. He explained why it is important not to overwater in order to let the grass seek a deeper level for the roots to take hold. I never would have thought of that.
